Hi Joseph, Mabbe if they stopped using that 'scary' word [?] and campaigned for the benefits rather than "our people will be free to decide what they want" And kill the conceptions such as "we shall charge hawa watu wa bara for using the Indian Ocean" kind of talk - through proper laws and policing - mabbe kenyans will see that the words means devolution to empower - rather than - we separate and benefit. In the USA, the States can be counted as different, but people can still move from one State to another and live freely while making a living - in our case, we fear discrimination.
