[Skunkworks] kannel Again! connecting a modem to it

hi guyz i have installed kannel to server , that am accessing remotely , am trying to connect to this server the issue is i dont know how to link the modem from my local machine to the kannel n ideas thanks -- Q: Why are politicians proof of reincarnation?
