It might be the case that employers disdain online degree programmes. But software engineering as a discipline easily lends itself to demonstration. Besides, good employers are more interested in what you can do rather than how or where you got your degree and ultimately this is what counts.
If I were in your position I would therefore put more emphasis on making what I learn demonstrable by having a living Github profile with work I have done. So whether or not employers look down on an online degree no one will question your real skill if you have substantial software output.
