Jokes aside. Whose responsibility is it to educate the masses on the need NOT to use such phones from China which don't conform to SAR? Is it the govt or CCK or the mobile players? Why are these phones being sold so openly when KBS is watching?

Kenyans are killing themselves with these phones. Something needs to be done.
