Very true Nyang. Just to add its better to use 5ghz for the ptp links, its less crowded or use the new ubiquiti radios the Airmax series on 2.4 in crowded (high interference areas) they have a feature they call airmax. It knocks off 1 or 2 mbps but you overcome the interference.
