May be DSTV should consider hourly rates for the standard decoder - just like DSTV mobile where you pay 60 bob to watch 3 hours of selected channels, mainly football and FTAs. This way you only pay to watch what you want (as opposed to being forced to watch repeats and Naija juju)

You will get 100s to 1000s of channels depending on satellite orientation and/or size of dish.
