The BIG question is - how long will the contributions make a difference? We will be at the same place next year if the govt continues to sit on it laurels. I am equating the contributions to Euphoria. Safaricom has even gone ahead and created a raffle out of it. BTW, is this (skunkworks) representative of generationNEXT?? With all this short-sightedness, I am afraid. Very afraid. Let's cheer the contributors now, and next year! On Fri, Aug 5, 2011 at 17:30, Denis G. Wahome <dwahome@gmail.com> wrote:

One of my small nephews contributed Ksh. 20...she is a very small kid and basically this was her networth...that is 101% compassion.
Google contributed 1 million $...and this is probably not even enough to be deemed as petty cash (for their nairobi office)...inasmuch as I appreciate their gesture, we all know that this is 101% PR, plain and simple... _______________________________________________ Skunkworks mailing list Skunkworks@lists.my.co.ke http://lists.my.co.ke/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/skunkworks ------------ Skunkworks Rules http://my.co.ke/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=94 ------------ Other services @ http://my.co.ke
