Ok,

Lets look at the scenario more critically....

Lets us say there are some billionaires who wants to build a huge complex, they come to your architectural firm for you guys to design for them the complex.

Your architectural firm conducts the estimates and says the plans will cost 14million KES.

Meanwhile, another group of Riveroad architectures ('riveroad is used as a pun) - gets wind of the news that the billionaires want some designs done - and make an offer to draw the designs at "Ksh. 200,000".

The first architectural firm has about 50 employees, and most of them graduates of diplomas or degrees earning a regular high salary.

The Riveroad firm will pull some old design and hire a guy on about 50k contract.

(am not comparing Zain to this firm, am just citing the way prices are driven down)

Safcom is pissed because they probably believe in the above anectodal.
