I've used 10gR2 and 11gR1/R2. the 11g Version has been upgraded to included major administration functions found in entreprise and standard editions. @Julianne U can also use the Oracle APEX as a web tool for administration. Its shipped free in any post 10gR4 Version, u jst hav to enable it. ....and Its free.
