To be honest since I started with them its the first time am Complaining .. but hey check maybe your account is due :-) .. and its nothing to do with Egypt I guess the TV part is local that should tell you the problem is local ... I have my reservations about paying for this month .. I feel cheated ...

Should I get worried since am on their corporate package connected on the 'old' fiber network not the new one where they offer the TV and broadband on. So far for the last 8 months the service has been great no major interruption. I hope it stays that way.
