It has taken a sudden downturn effective today towards less than HALF the speeds! LOL!
- Until Sunday 2GB datapack = 3,900/- = Speeds at 280kbps downloads/ 140kbps uploads ( kilobits per second ).
- As of today morning, 4GB datapack = 3,900/- = Speeds at 96kbps - 8kbps dowloads / Did not even bother testing ( kilobits per second ).
I can only laugh...... time to torrent until the 4GB package is used up. No mercy...need some iso files.
@Aki, These slow speeds have become a general phenomena since TEAMS! It's not just Orange, but almost every provider. I am beginning to think that the KES 200 Safaricom deal was actually meant to test how much they can push on the cables but in this process of testing everyone else is taking a hit. Bogus reasoning there, but it might just turn out to be true. I am using AK and downloading even 100MB now wants to take hours... -- Best regards, Odhiambo WASHINGTON, Nairobi,KE +254733744121/+254722743223 _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ "If you have nothing good to say about someone, just shut up!." -- Lucky Dube
