Its really simple,get a linux box(firewall) it can do all that ,because am guesing that your router might nt be a cisco so this would be the easiest .
You dont have to buy a new comp as long as you have one powerful machine ,then you can install the linux software and configure it accordingly.
Bt if u have never configured one ,i suggest u get some one who can and that will help you,because he will show you how to use it.

If you plan to control the Internet traffic then we talk of a proxy there, an example is as indicated here which is squid. With squid you can control, block or restirct per sites or even the machine. Incase you need to monitor Internet utilization then you consider implementing tools like cacti (my preference).

OK, I'm not in Nairobi currently in the bundus, can anyone confirm this.
Just seen an article on todays Daily Nation Newspaper Zuqka page 10.
Honestly I am not surprised.
At one point in August last year, I went to their offices to purchase a decoder with cash in hand, I was told to return the following day.
Definitely I didn't take them seriously after this event. Glad I didn't buy their locked DVB-T1 equipment.
Oh yah and another victory for DSTV through GOTV. Remember the ghost that is GTV.
