Contrary to how bad it sounds on the Internet, it is not a complete ban but more of a rude encouragement to spend more time in the office and work with one another to fix the problems at the company. When it makes sense to work remotely they will still be able to do that. The idea was to get people back in the offices and help the company get back on track. It made no sense to Marissa that the company has been tanking for years and employees were just scrapping through the day.
