I need ICT some Junior developers i.e. programmers who have BSC Computer Science and  1 to 2 years work experience  experience in Unix, Relational databases (i.e. Oracle and SQL server), and development languages e.g. Java, Python, C++ for some project outsourced to me by a telecommunications company on a 1 year contract renewable subject to performance
