If you have paid attention to whats happening the _primarykey_ in KE is PIN number. If this has become the everything from Post-paid line, KPLC, Water, Bank Accounts, Car registration, Passport, Job applications and every other place you go its a requirement. I have quickly had to cram the number because i have to fill it in every now and then - ID is only being left to entry into buildings now :) Regards, Michuki.
