I support you on this one. 1GB is 1024MB, but I think some techies at Safaricom (those who configured the system dishing out bundles) were instructed to deliberately do this miscalculation:-)
Similarly, 1.5GB should not be 1500MB, but 1536MB, right?
A small mistake that I believe Safaricom will correct - to our benefit & loss: Benefit for data users, loss of revenue stream for shareholders like me.
Correct me if am wrong.My school of thot tells me 1 GB is equivalent to 1024 MB. Why would safaricom sell data of 1GB as 1000MB instead of 1036MB?Nowanda they are reporting losses.Thieves!!regards,Tusker 21
