The point raised therein by Paul Kukubo about people regarding (assuming?) that safaricom&#39;s mpesa API&#39;s access is inflexible opens the whole can of worms as regards to IP security so that the bigger better moneyed companies don&#39;t steamroll over you and capitalize on your idea before you do.<br>

<br>Could anyone here kindly give some direction to us legal noobs with regards to how exactly someone should go through the process of protecting your intellectual property in a purely Kenyan context when one wants to go public with a tech product/solution?<br>
