Well I have a simple philosophy. I don't fix things with alternatives. There is as far as I know no legal outlet for an individual. As a group yes maybe we can do something about it. Unless its my child or business i have no business guiding an entity on how to do good service. Or unless they're paying me maybe. Consumer groups here rarely get anything done. And I honestly value my time too much to complain and write and talk as I suffer bad service. Might do it once. That's just me, you might have time or are just nicer than me....but I don't suffer bad service and keep paying. I work too hard for my money. I'm sure you do too:.... As a consumer the best best vote is your wallet. Not phone calls, or chit chat with a guy or a newspaper ad, or complaining: stop paying them.
@John, allow me to disagree. When someone does something wrong, they need to know they have done something wrong. Now, if you shut up and "ship out", that someone will continue doing the wrong thing to other people. And i think this is what is meant in the phrase, evil prospers when good people do nothing.
I too received this "lucky" subscription to Ziki, i've preserved that sms to date. I resolved it by calling customer care several times (like 10 times in one hour), being very angry and only short of calling them idiotic morons.
There must be legal ways of lodging a complaint about this. _______________________________________________ Skunkworks mailing list Skunkworks@lists.my.co.ke ------------ List info, subscribe/unsubscribe http://lists.my.co.ke/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/skunkworks ------------
