@wash i do agree FB setup would be an overkill but would be good to have. On the issue of landlords having to submit a register of tenants and if any moves they have to update it who will do it. Plus how would property owners register themselves. Think an off short of this would be that we can have address pegged to residence and mail can become a business - capitalism. Next what else can the system be used for, maybe the police can instantly know where you live and where to find you if they have questions. <div>
<br></div><div>An advantage of this system would be that once you reach 18 yrs the system sends you a notification to pick your id from your nearest chief, or go to the chief for a digital photo to be taken. All your details are already known on need to carry father, mother, clan birth certs... same would apply for passports. Just a thought...<br>
