The brand dealers, the way it works [at least for most of them] - is that they will warrant the product no matter where you are... You just have to be sure its a "Samsung" and not a "SimSong" re-branded as a "SamSung" to dupe buyers...
However, if its past warranty, you may have to pay - please negotiate price before you leave it there,i.e diagnose in advance and price the repair - otherwise they will charge you their monthly rent if they bull u afterwards ...
