the list is from Microsoft you can call them to confirm, my interest is not in marketing them but helping Kenyan companies locate reliable companies to purchase Microsoft products. Hate them or Love them they own things like skype , office etc that are used widely.
if Alvin's (the Alvin i know is a superstar chipmunk with a high squeaky voice) company is not on the list raise the issue with Microsoft not me. but i could save you the trouble, if he sells two licenses a year, that doesn't qualify him as a Microsoft Dealer but a Microsoft Hustler. i dont think they have a list of hustlers yet. :)
