I'd advise you to walk up to the Oracle or SAP offices and request to talk to someone who can assist you further. You could also ask for someone in pre-sales, they are normally busy but you can catch them during their lunch break or on phone if you get their contacts. All the best. I am not an authority in any of the two subject ERPs but believe what I have covered both in gap analysis as well as value proposition would be of business value.
