Proficiency in:

- Programming with an understanding of Object Oriented technologies. ( C and Java would be helpful ), XML programming
- An understanding and working knowledge of Database usage, implementation and programming with SQL & Posgres.

These are the current pre req's for it. Let me know if you need more info.
