Skunks, Looking to change my current ISP. Office situated on Rhapta Road Westlands. Simbanet promises 20MBPS, they deliver less than 5MBPS. The connection has been very poor over the past 3 weeks. I call them, they say problem is on my end. Of course it is not on my end, I havent touched the damn thing for the past 3 months or so! I restart the modem, still nothing happens. They say they will check the problem and get back to me, they never do. I have called them about 3 times daily over the past 3 weeks. No solution. I have asked them to send a network engineer so that they can see that the problem is not on my end (for which they are going to bill me), they never do.
