Well, I guess they also have a system of de-registering a number when I no longer need it! I called Safaricom CC (200) this morning to ask about the registration process, and I was quite disappointed by the lady. "Please, you have to go to our care centres and collect the forms". Now I just wondered what that means. Do I collect the forms and fill them myself and take them back or those at the care centres will fill these forms, based on the identification that I provide?
