What is upsetting is that the service is deteriorating day by day. From last week to today, I don't think anyone at AK has had a stable connection. Worse is when you have a whole day outage like yesterday/

When you hear that 'our VLANs' has issues, then you know you are in trouble for the long haul. if last week was a 'fibre-cut', this week is 'VLAN has issues' and next week it is something else, what do you think most IT Managers will think? Incompetence.

AccessKenya needs to fix these issues quickly or risk losing a lot of business.
