Those disclaimers are utterly meaningless and have zero legal weight. In fact they are just a waste of bandwidth!

It is true, if I'm not the intended recipient I should not disclose its contents blah blah blah. Why then send me the email with such information in the first place, and I do not operate an I&M account?
I hope they will not institute legal charges for 'breaking' their disclaimer! :(
