There are many ways to do this.
My recommended method is to see if your router supports VPN and configure it to do that. Then connect via VPN and use your Outlook - from anywhere - as if you are in the office.

Colleagues,

I have this query.

I have MS exchange 2003 functioning in my office. What do I need to do to be able to access my mail online for roving users? Current supplier not sharing the info like its a trade secret and I am feeling vulnerable...

Essentially the outcome I'm hoping for is that when traveling or at home I can go to (for example - this isn't the actual domain) https://mail.alkags.me/exchange, sign up and do my usual outlook maneno. I have heard mentions of certificates,  etc...

Please advice.

(i don't know why the suppliers think this is a trade secret...)
