Probably I am a pessimist, but I don't think fuel prices will ever come down, even if the entire NEP is one huge oil shale
Now we're talking. I only hope they will not do like they did in the
nineties. Transport all the ethanol to coast for blending and then
back up country. Its really a no brainer when you want to cut costs
but dont hold your breath. They might just be planning to do that.
