If you have high-speed internet I would advice you to download the copy from

and the reader (called Kiwix) that you will need to read this format of file is also on the site.
Nonetheless, If you are around NBO I can organise how I can hook you up with the DVD as I will be in town this coming Saturday where I shall be meeting some other Wikipedians.
