They will give you a credit, possibly next month, the same thing happened to us, we used to pay like 6k per month but January's bill shot to 20k. we paid after going to like all the KPLC branches in Nairobi, but come end of last month we have a bill of -12k. i urge you to relax and it will be corrected -- It is difficult to see the picture when you are inside of the frame
