I need some advice.

I changed domain hosts on 30th and I wanted to point my MX records to Onecom who are hosting my local server (exchange). Did that Tuesday...

When you ping, it shows onecom IP. However no mails are coming in from outside. I have sent myself mail from gmail and it returns a mail delivery error as below:

What are the results when you dig your domain's MX records? this is just to check whether the changes you say have taken effect.
