Easy then! Just get the drivers, extract them to /usr/local/drivers/printers/printername/, then export /usr/local/drivers via samba, in read-only mode. Make sure your Linux box is in the same WORKGROUP/AD DOMAIN as your wrkstations.
You will need to create those directories referenced.
When installing a printer and prompted for drivers, just browse to $LINUX/drivers/printers/printername and choose the right file/folder.
