Nokia have all things going for it in my opinion. I used a windows phone 7.5 yesterday and the fluidity and cleanliness of the interface is lovely. For the local-market at least they need to make an entry level gadget like the ideos did for the android mind share in the country. I believe chips are cheaper now and managing a 1ghz processor under 10,000/- should be attainable. 

But they need to stop wasting time and ship already. I barely see any windows phone being sold locally/affordably. Elops story of localization is bogus.
