Why we dont have geniuses or very bright pple in Kenya ?
Its the law of numbers and errors...
If a population produces 1% very bright people,,, and the probability of a genius birth is 10,000,000:1 after 1 decade for example...
A subset population X = 1 billion, will have 10,000,000 very bright people, and will produce 1 or 2 geniuses in that decade
Compare this with Kenyan population, and see how the math does *not* favor us greatly... [?]
<just a theory>
