Interesting.... I have never seen a terms of service agreement that indicates that when purchasing the sim cards. I am not even asked to sign anywhere. Most of the vendors just dish out the sim cards over the counter like asprins. Hi, You can use a standard PC/SC smart card reader (like the Futronic FS 82) . Just put the simcard back in the card it came with. Beware that most simcards are encrypted and writing to them usually violates the Mobile Carrier's terms of service.
