
When you register to receive the statement, you are prompted for an identification number (like ID). When you receive the statement via e-mail, this identification number you provided is used as the password to open the PDF. If we have a Safaricom person among us.I suggest, in an effort to enhance on the statement access security feature you add over and above the identification document details E.g. my Mpesa Pin which is mostly known to me.
