Basically, a scam. they need you to refer 400 people for them to give you forms to do data entry.
If you look at the url, there is a number, that is the number of the person who referred you. So basically, the more people are tempted to the scam..
I wonder how they make money, seriously.. because besides popularizing the site, (which ends up in disappointments anyway.
