have you talked to epson? those prices are interesting but you must see a market to recoup your investment.
if you sold land to the syokimau's et al hence have more than a couple of shillings idling around, would import the machine you identified. the gotcha going down this road is, are the consumables available locally?
alternatively, you could go for high-end epson(s) and duplicator(s), acquiring more as demand grows. there's an 8k or so price differential this time of the year if purchasing epsons from the uk (we are in the same market and consumables are largely locally available). question is, will you cost effectively bring them here?
if in nairobi, would also take a walk down riverwood and see how they go about it
