Two numbers are not enough to derive a pattern! Say the numbers were 1 and 2. In theory any other number is valid as the third number because the set valid integers that can be the third element is almost infinite. It can be argued that the selected winner was completely arbitrary, in which case the contest was not fair. Does the Betting License & Control board oversee these radio competitions by the way to ensure that they are 1. Fair (Can actually be answered) 2. Real (Actually take place) 3. Honest (An actual winner takes away the prize, and not a friend of the presenter) I personally doubt it. It's just a matter of time before some ludicrous competition comes on with a presenter saying "guess what's in my pocket" On Tue, Jan 26, 2010 at 11:24 AM, Tech List Kenya <techlistkenya@gmail.com>wrote:
The caller gave 66k as the answer and won a cool 10k! So yeah, the answer according to the station is 66k
