Is it possible to set up a state of the art a/v teleconferencing solution for our public officials?
This will save Kenya lots of cash otherwise spent on unnecessary travels abroad.
For instance the PM didnt have to go all the way to Turkey to discuss Somalia. He could have just skyped.
