sudo tail /dev/earth > /dev/null
Above operation may be repeated until /dev/earth has enough space to bring land prices down :-)
If the capacity (or state thereof) of /dev/earth is changing, then we need:
tail -F /dev/earth > /dev/null
(remember the log of the state keeps being rotated every 24hours?)
