I suspected dns so i added a public dns to their connection, worked for the sites i was having issues with but there was a problem with speeds, just check how long it takes when you click link before it loads dns servers should be very fast. About 6 years ago I had an ADSL connection from Telkom (now Orange) and I experienced the same problem. I could not access my own website hosted in the US from that connection.

Back to the thread at hand - when you call Orange Customer care with your issue - most of the time you hang up with disappointed amazement.
