Yes, the Jubilee govt has facilitated WiFi everywhere from Matatus (never mind it's just stickers since Safaricom withdrew the service) to the Pub (you have to start frequenting pubs for WiFI, not beer/hot drinks). You could start frequenting coffee shops as well (Java) for free WiFi :-)
