[Skunkworks] Publishig a paid app on Android playstore

Hi Skunks We need to sell an app via playstore but realized we cannot setup a merchant account as Kenya is not supported. Is there a way around this? or is we setup our merchant account say under supported countries without necessary documentation of registration in those countries, will it work? Cheers
