You can only suspect &quot;fair usage policy &quot; if its applicable to all or a specific group of users. So far, we have those in higher density areas with not-so-good experience while those of us in mashinani areas are relatively satisfied. This is what I expressed in a related thread about shared bandwidth per cell per: bandwidth per user diminishes exponentially as number of users per cell increases.... I believe thats the limitation of the technology itself.<br>
