Are you asking us "why you need a phone"? Unless I don't understand the 2nd part of your question, it's not upon us to justify why you need a phone. It's you to decide why you need a phone.
Now, with 30k, I suggest you get a Nokia E72 because it is a business phone and I love it. That's besides the fact that I don't even use its "business" functions that much. They are there for you to use. You will spend about 25k on the E72. The rest you can M-Pesa to me for the "consultation".

Then head to GSM Arena and ogle, ogle, ogle, read the reviews, decide, then ask us where you can find the one you need locally.
