would anyone be having a record of the  official postal  addresses for the county governors in Kenya. A friend is required to dispatch official letters via snail mail but doesn't have the addresses for them.a google search yields little or no results and scouring the local dailies for county govt adverts with the hope of finding addresses is proving to be slow and painful.
