[Skunkworks] Repairing Unmountable boot Volume on windows 7 without CD

Good afternoon, My Toshiba Satellite C660-14K Laptop does not boot up on powering on. It displays a "Unmountable Boot Volume" error. Is there anyway I can restore the machine to the last settings without a CD? A link where I can download the Boot Image etc? I've tried Safe mode but it won't work. thanks Solomon
