
.... well, odhiambo may be right about access-kenya. my experience with them was... close to three years ago. never even bothered to pay the fees for the second month. ... but still, for the home user, i wouldnt recommend it. AK is best for the corporate, and even the costs applied on the home user are much more expensive compared to shared-boradband alternatives. yes, AK offers the home users dedicated net, and i guess thats why u get 128kbps [edge speeds] for 4k while zuku will give 1mbps for the same (with akina swift charging almost the same)... and why do they do that btw? how many "home" users need dedicated IPs and dedicated bandwidth?... anyways... its not all the time that these ISPs are crap... even zuku. have a pal who rans a cyber on them, bila shida. just cross ur fingers On 8/3/11, mash lists <mashlists@gmail.com> wrote:

... then again, do you have a choice for fibre from another ISP in you're area? We've opted to go for zuku fibre where i work coz its the only fibre around, and its damn close (like 15-20 metres)
